I plan to change my eating habits and change the way I think about food. I think about how I can use my vices { Hagan Daz Butter Pecan & Chocolate Chessecake} as a reward for myself if that makes any sense.

No - it doesn't make sense to me to use food as a reward when you are tryng to change how you eat and think.
