is this free? North Yorkshire Chilli con carne!

I found this chilli in waitrose. It is basically a sachet of minced beef chilli. It tasted really good, but is it free??!

I know lean 5% mince is free but how do I know what mince they use in it?! Can anyone help me work it out? The nutrion info is:

Are those values per portion or 100g and how big is the pack?
