I am only on day two but i feel like i need to vomit since i started, i feel really really full and like i need to get sick

Very low carb diets are weird like that- you feel worse before you feel better. Sometimes MUCH worse (and MUCH better). It worried me, I had a week of headaches, nausea, and muscle cramps. Then I felt ok, then I felt great.
