I never got to target but I think now it was unrealistic anyway, I lost 3 stone but gave up some time ago , after thinking I would restart I never did ,but the positive news is I have stayed within 2lb of the weight I stopped slimming world at ,so the good news for you is that it can stay off , good luck everyone who is still at it xx
