I've just realised how shallow i sound

in my previous post.

I used to work as a medical secretary in a hospital, Haematology Department. We lost a lovely young girl who had leukaemia from a young age, in 2007.

Well have just heard that her father died in a car crash on Saturday. They think that he died before the crash, no other cars were involved. His wife is in pieces, he was her rock.

They also do a lot of fund raising for the Haematology Ward at Eastbourne DGH. Their fund is the "Tuesday O'Hara" memorial fund.

Life is so so fragile.

Rest in Peace Frank.

You did not sound shallow at all, just unwell.

What has happened to this family is dreadful, awful, no words describe it and the wife will need all the support she can get. I am sure you will be one of the ones who tries to be part of that support.

You being unwell must not be compared with this unfortunate accident. You feel unwell, full stop.
