Hi there, can anyone tell me if Kalms have a syn value x

Do they have any nutritional info on the pack? If not i'm not sure anyone will be able to answer, I couldn't find anything about them.

Personally I wouldn't count them, I suppose they are technically a foodstuff but for the tiny amount you would be taking I'm sure the syn value would be negligible.
