Nah, agree with LadyT completely! If you are sticking to the plan, you will be in ketosis hunny... It's impossibly not to be!
All the stix show is the surpluss ketones which are flushed out in our wee, so if your body is particularly efficient at using them, you may not have any excess! So it's all good...
When I've drunk lots of water mine doesn't show either, so stopped worrying about it... Been losing consistantly since I started anyway, so I don't even bother with the stix anymore...
