Anywaya fter running around after them all day, without a word of thanks, just being shouted and screamed at, but that's another story, I am only just having tea. I'e got frozenTesco BBQ Moroccan lamb chops, with salad. Anyone got any idea how many syns that is. Not got the info in the small amount of information I've got. I've had n other syns today, so far, so hoping should be OK on a red day. I've really had enough for one day, fed up and run ragged, so think I've done quite well really. Would kill for a chicken kebab!!
