Oooh, I didn't realise it was possible to share 'books' between Kindles? That's news to me - I thought that you had to have them sent to the registered Kindle? Right, time to find people who have loads of Kindle books to 'borrow'!
I tend to download the free ones from Amazon - some are pretty mediocre but I've read some really good ones too. Then every now and again I will treat myself to a full priced one when something I really want is released.
I tend to like crime fiction (Kathy Reichs, Patricia Cornwell, Lee Child, etc), historical fiction (Bernard Cornwell, Simon Scarrow, Manda Scott, C J Sansom, Phillipa Gregory, Robyn Young, etc) and myth and magic fiction (Trudi Canavan, Maria V Snyder, etc).
Mind you, saying that, I'll read pretty much anything!
