    hi there all i havnt got aclue wot im doin on here not to good wit comps , anyway i wud like to join and let you no wot my weight loss has been

    my weight wen i started was 16st 6lb

    my goal is 12st by june
    1st wk -9
    2nd wk -4


    im feeling really great at the min stay strong.:p

    Well done! I have only started too. I am on day 4! Did you feel hungry? I am not and have not reached ketosis yet I dont think! worried because im not hungry i wont lose weight. Any advice? Trace x:confused:

    hey hun i will admitt the 1st few days r the worst but if you not hungry thats great you supposed to not be hungry im sure the weight will be falling off u wait till your 1st weigh in the feelings greatx
