I have no idea I have a Morrisons eat smart one.

You can always check on the slimming world website using there syns checker if thats any use to you

thatnks but stopped my proscription as all the 'new' items are so hard to find. I was just woundering around Asda today all saw a selection of their salad dressing that looked tasty and fat reduced. Bring on summer can not wait for salad time

i know the light honey and mustard one is half a syn per level tbsp as I use that one, ps don't put too much on as it has quite a bite!!

My Tescos have stopped stocking all the Kraft dressings, I'm really annoyed Mostly now I use Heinz Extra Light Salad Cream which is really nice - 1 syn per tablespoon.
