Lamb shoulder

I know it says lamb is free on slimming world but I can't find much about specific cuts.

I bought lamb shoulder, cut all the fat off and "minced" it in the food processor. Is this syn free?

yes i pretty sure it would be if you cut all the fat of and mined it yourself =]
