Large wholemeal breadcake from ALDI

Does anyone know how many syns are in the large wholemeal breadcakes from ALDI, Naughty me ate half of this with a handful of McCain crinkle cut oven chips (a small hand )- all because my son left it, if anyone can offer any advice as to how many syns are in this, I will be ever so grateful.

You can work it out using 1 syn for every 20 cals as cakes have no free food allowance :) hth
 
If its the wholemeal sub you are talking about then I think it is HEB plus 3 syns or 9 syns but in future weigh it and it will be 1 syn for every 10g over the 60g HEB allowance xx
 
I may be being stupid but whats a breadcake?

Thanks for this. I put it down as 12 , This should cover it, Wont be doing this again,
