you would be better off having a green day and using quorn or just having an extra easy day then you dont have to worry about the quantities

I am planning lasagna this week and have my creme freche, cheese, pasta sheets and extra lean mince and chopped toms etc. I was planning on green day myself and using the mince as healthy extra?

Just remember you will need to syn the creme fraiche too as that is not syn free.

I'm going to have a lasagne later in the week - yummy!

Do you ever use your syns for meals or use them for treats?

I use mine for meals so on an Extra Easy day I make a lovely lasagne, the mince, veg and lasagne sheets being free but I use HEA for cheese on top (reduced fat so more cheese) and for the sauce I use a cheese sauce (could use white sauce but like mine cheesy!) from a packet and syn the packet sauce and milk, usually works out about 5 syns depending on how many portions it makes.

It's lovely and I think worth using the syns for x
