traight back on lipo it took me 4 days to get back into ketosis I had a small tea plate with a small peice of meat 2 tablespoons of mash a small peice of brocolli then a burger just the pure mince shaped into a burger but later i had 3 biscuits and id had a bun with the burger i dont normally eat burgers this falling off the wagon cost me 4 days out of keto when i finally got back in keto I had not gained nor lost. W
