i am a bit confused as i have seen people put differant answers!! Can light philadelphia be used as a healthy extra A??? If so does anyone know how much? Thanks

Hi the extra light one has to be synned I think it's not got enough good stuff to be classed as a healthy extra

Philadelphia Extra Light, 25g = 1.5 syns on all plans

Probably not but the healthy extras are there to ensure you get a balanced diet and the extra light must have less calcium in it if its not a HEA option

I read somewhere on here the other day that someone (possibly princess Stevie?) had phoned syns hotline to query this and they have confirmed that you can use the flavoured Philly light as a hex a.

Cheese isn't a HEb on original days-only green, which is why it isn't a HEb on EE! Hth x
