Ow much is lighter life per week?? What are the councelling sessions like?? X

If you have a bmi of over 30 then you would be on LL total which is £72 per week. That is for all of your food for the week and the counselling. I feel that the cunselling is the most important thing about LL - it is the thing which will help you to keep the weight off afterwards.
