Does anyone know the syn value for biscoff lotus spread? Also for Tesco Healthy Living Coleslaw and Tesco Healthy Living Leek & Potato Soup (Mug)......?

The Lotus spread is 4.5 syns for a level tablespoon (that's for both the crunchy and smooth versions)

The coleslaw is 0.5 for a level tablespoon. And the soup is 3 syns (when made up as directed)
