Low calorie coleslaw- great as a plate filler with low cal pizza

I've always been a lover of coleslaw but is so fatty so i've adapted it.

2 tablespoons of extra light mayo (30 cals)
2x large carrots grated (50 cals)
1/2 white cabbage finely chopped (60ish)
1/2 white onion (30)
total= 170 calories

This is enough for at least 2 very large portions, great as a filler in a jacket spud, along side a low cal pizza or my fave is having it with a chicken breast grilled with cajun spices and low calorie chips!

Or would be nice with ham in a sandwich! :D
