My names Ell and Im on a mission to shred the weight quickly for a lads holiday in June, Its gonna be tuff but worth it.

Good luck! Also just wanted to add that your weight in pounds actually equals to about 15 and a half ish stone, not 20.

Theres 14 pounds in a stone. 289 / 14 = 20 stone and 9 pounds

Lol! I just scrolled up and thought huh how did I see that wrong? Yup 14lbs in a stone so now it's right :) anyway, hope it's going well.
