manchester people i need help

I`m due to go manchester german markets tom, in albert square.
coming from wales i`m not used to bust traffic and proper roads..........
roundabouts with 4 lanes and traffic lights??????:eek:
i`m quite panicky about it all.
does any one know a good easy car park maybe park & ride, or a train station, so i can do shopping without the stress of driving into the town.

well i think i`ve sorted it now..........
gonna drive to and park in trafford centre, then get bus to town from there, plus i get more shopping in.
way hey!!!!!!!!
