Hi can anyone tell me the syn value for the m&s bean salad with mint vinagrette and also the fruity couscous? Thanks

Thank you! 3 and a half isn't bad. The couscous is Moroccan style fruit couscous with honey and orange dressing. 200g pot:
Per 100g is 180kcal
4.8g protein
36.7g carbohydrate
Of which sugars 17.1g
Fat 1.6g
Of which saturates 0.3g
Fibre 3.4g
Sodium 0.22
Is that the info you need?? Not used the calculator so no idea lol
