Hiya, does anyone know the syn value of mattesons fridge raiders. Little chicken snacks. I've got the roast chicken and hot and spicy flavour.

Hi, I'm new to SW so forgive my ignorance - is it 2.5 Syns per chicken nibble or for the entire packet?

Hya the ones in the 3pk multipack are much smaller...Does anyone knw how many syns they wud be??
60kcals per pack
sugar 0.3g
fat 3.6g
saturates 1.0g
salt 0.3g

Thats all the info that it has on the pack hope this is whats needed to work out syns lol x

i think there the only things ive seen that have less syns than i thought! there my fav snack! and im guessing the smaller packs would be between 1.5-2 syns!
