How's your first week gone hun?

You sound pretty much the same as me, i've gained 2 stone since leaving SW this time last year and i'm re-joining a group tonight. I'm too theavier than i have been EVER in my adult life!

I lost 3lbs last week and I have WI tonight.
I'm nervous cause even though I've been really good on the food front, I had a bit too much to drink on Saturday night.
I'm hoping it doesn't make TOO much of a difference...??
