yeah and im in work the now been in since 10am been on here most off my shift and my 1st visit is at 3.00 what a long day still its been fun on here

starting monday want to loose about 5 stone all in... live in glasgow what about you

this will be the start of my 9th week. have about 7/8 to lose altogether have just over two stone off already. im in ireland.
