meringue nest ???????????

sainsbury's 8 meringue nest, cant find syns 53 cals per nest, protein 0.6, carbs 12.5, fat trace, anyone know the syn value please ???

I've been counting meringue nests as 2 1/2 syns.

Thankyou loungelizard, i thought around 2 syns, very sweet, filled them with fat free from/fraise and mixed fruit, was really nice, and well worth 5 syns x

I just looked them up on the website but couldnt find them for sainburys. Tescos meringue nests box of 8, Online Syns says 2 1/2 syns.
I've been counting them as 3 all year!
