Lots of you experience constipation whilst doing ww, myself included, i have however tried to up my fibre intake but just wondered if any of you have tried using benefibre? the powder you dissolve in soft foods or drinks which is flavourless and is, with three spoonfuls a day, meant to give you your 100% fibre requirement....?

just wondered if anyone thought it made a difference as its quite pricey (£6 a jar) and i dont want to buy it if it makes no difference.

i used to use fibre capsules when i was on tfr and they worked fine, also my bf uses soluble fibre, drinks it at night goes to loo the next morning, works like a treat he says.

I have bran flakes everyday for brekkie. Works a treat, just dont overdo your fibre for the rest of the day :D
