I just had one of those Hartley sugar free, 10 calorie jellies (yummy).

protein is -0
carbohydrates - 1.0
fat is - 0
fibre - 0.3

Thats per 100grams and a pot is 175g so I just doubled the numbers when inputting them at it still came too 0points

I was just wondering if I had 2 or 3 would I have to start pointing this? Only ask cause there so so so yummy (JMO) and I don't want to eat to many and regret and maybe go over my points allowance for the day without realising it..

Thanks in advance for any replies...

1 pot = 0pp
2 pots = 1pp
3 pots = 1pp
4 pots = 1pp
5 pots = 1pp
6 pots = 2pp

Had two so good too know thank you...

if I remember correctly the sugar free sachets work out at 1pp for the whole thing, which makes a pints worth. might be a bit more cost effective if you are the type to eat a lot of it (i know i am)

Glad I had the jellies on hand today, (really helped fill me up) I ate 4 (which I made from the sugar free sachets) and then another 1 which was a 10cal one from the shops.

Not sure if I should point that as 1 or 2 points but have left 2 for it just in case..
