Morrisons bio yoghurt

Hi. I am wondering if anyone knows the syn value of the morrisons bio yoghurts?. Mango, papaya and passionfruit. The whole tub is 450g. I have an inner dread they are going to be very high in syns, (mainly because they are absolutely delicious).
