    Not on red as it's a source of protein for us greenies! You can have 85g of low fat soft cheese for a Green B (rather than full fat which is 42g, or medium fat which is 57g).

    Well I'm no expert on EE, but I think you can healthy extras from either red or green, so you could have it as a B choice or syn it.
