Please would anyone be able to tell me the syns in this? It is primarily pasta and chicken - plus sauce of some kind of course

The nutritional details are:

Per 100g
348 calories
11.7g fat (eek)
23.3g carbs
3.6g sugars
2.2g fibre
6.9g protein
0.6g salt

I hope that is enough - I don't have anything else. I understand the 20 calories = 1 syn rule, but it seems like the most of the pasta salad is free food here and I don't know how to work out the syns for just the "non free" portion - if that makes any sense. New at this - sorry!
