You need to be a bit more specific. Are they plain tortilla wraps? Or do you mean a made up wrap filled with chicken / salad, etc?

Either way I'd guess that it doesn't qualify for any free food allowance, so you can work out the Syns using the "20 calories = 1 Syn" formula.
