right have taken movicol before when i had toilet probs
it works wonders so no probs there
my q`s is
can you take it every day?
sort of like a preventative rather than a cure for when you get blocked up
says on the box you can have 1 to 2 sachets a day if taken every day
didn`t know if this would help stop constipation in the 1st place
i`m on soul source plan and just begining to feel the 1st tell tell signs of slower movements
dont want to ever have to really on dulcolax again they kill me lol

I know many many many (!) people who take Movical daily so i think you will be fine with that plan

Yes, Kaz, there's no problem with taking it daily! It's used by millions the world over on a daily basis, usually those that get constipated through medication. It doesnt make the bowels lazy, so when you come off cd, there's no problem with 'going' again. 1 sachet a day will help to keep things moving!

my daughters on movical pediatric for her gastric problems, she takes a sachet a day to keep things moving and can take up to 10 sachets a day if things get really bad
