They're not all free anymore. But can't remember which ones have syns. If you do a search on the slimming world section it should bring up posts where the syns are. I know I saw it on here recently.

Where do you get these from, I've seen alot of talk about this on here, but not in Tesco

Only the packets marked 1% fat are syn free on green and EE. If you want a full list do a search as there have been a number of threads on this in the past.

By the way you find them beside the packet soups and Tesco should also have them, unless it's one of those really small metro shops.

they are free, sweet and sour, chicken and roast chicken are free
