They would not be 8 syns as you could use a free food allowance of yogurt and the calories to work it out (they would still have a syn value but it would be less) you would need the nutritional value and the syns calculator online
You can as it the nutritonal values add in the extra fat. Hence why 2 % total is still low syns even though it is fat free. If this was not the case all low fat yogurts (not fat free would be very high in syns)
Yes you can because the calculator accounts for any fat that is in the yoghurt. It knows that only FAT FREE yoghurt is free - so *any* fat included in the calculation counts towards the syns.
Thats why it only lists "yoghurt" and not "fat free yoghurt" in the Free food drop down menu selection.
It bamboozled me at first too but its obvious when you think about it.
