Does anyone know the syn values for a muller corner crunch yoghurt banana chocolate flakes 150g and muller corner crunch vanilla chocolate rice balls thank you x

Crunch Corner Yogurt, Vanilla Chocolate Balls = 7 1/2 syns

Thats both the 150g pots.

Thank you, no don't have access to the group. I don't go to class I just follow the groups from home, I never know when I'm working so it's hard to go to class, I used to but still do everything the same without going to group. Do u still need the weekly password to access things like that? x
