Hi I'm new to this site, I lost almost 3 stone 2 years ago and I've lost my way and have regained a stone and feel guilty and upset with myself, I didn't go to a slimming world group but my friend did and she was able to help me follow slimming world, I need to get back on it but struggle to find easy snacks and eat something other than toast for breakfast, don't like porridge and only cereal I like is crunchy nut which I don't think is particularly the best, need some inspiration, any advice much welcomed
