Just wondering how many of you exercise whilst on SS. I've set myself a high goal for 5 wks and am sticking to the diet perfectly (no cheats at all). But the weight isn't comming off as I hoped. Looking at others weight loses it could be better. If I started some exercise would that help or just make me feel week and hungry. What are you lot up to and how do you believe your best weight loses are acheived? When you go all out for a good weight loss week, what do you do?
