If you are not happy why not try and find another CDC in your area. Check out the web site it will have a list of most of the cousellors in London. You can also phone head office and they would be able to help you too,
You have to be happy with your cdc it is all part of the weight loss journey.

i would call him again and aske him again if he still not doing anything about it i would call cambridge help line about him.
uve paid ur money and thats what hes there for and at the end of day u should be able to go and see him if u need help.
