NEW TO THIS

Hey guys!!

I am new to this. Basically I am an on and off dieter and am so fed up of it!! I just want to lose weight and need help and advice from others in the same position. Im on a diet for 4 days then i break it, the pattern is getting so depressing!! help! xx

Hello Melissa

Welcome - I suggest you try the Cambridge diet - it's a tad hard at the beginning but it gets easier and better :) u will hopefully see results :) gd luck x
 
I agree quicker more noticeable results are the reason im doing cd! Everything else is so slow. As long as you follow the stages you can maintain and eat healthily in the long run just as weightwatchers etc teach. Xxx
