DAY 6 - Tues 08.01.2013

  • Asda Sizzling Fruit Salad - kiwi, apple, grapes, watermelon

  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Mint Mullerlight
  • Diet Coke

SNACK
  • Bacon & Egg Sandwich in 55g Wholemeal Bun (HExB)
  • Asda Good 4 You Hot n Spicy Chicken Skewers

DINNER
  • Steak (no fat), S/W Chips, fried mushrooms, salad
  • Diet Coke


The skewers from Asda were not listed on the site, but I put the details in the syn calculator and they came up as free!! Yay!!

ps. Copied your tomato soup recipe into my iPad notes, will try and make it at some point when I've bought ingredients :) x
 
Right, so after seeing this recipe, I thought I'd give it a go and setously, it really tastes as good as it looks!

2x tins of chopped tomatoes
1x tin baked beans
1x tin sliced carrots
1x large pickled onion (or 2 small)
1x tbsp sweetener

Drain the carrots off and then put everything in a blender.
Blitz until smooth and thick.

Pour the mixture in to a pan and simmer on a low heat to warm through.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

I added a LOT of pepper and it wad like spicy tomato and really really nice!!

WEEK 1 - WEIGH IN

After a really good week and at the max 50 syns, I have lost...6lb and am over the moon!!

Didn't really eat much today as weigh-in. This didn't finish until 9pm and wasn't hungry when I got home.

the mint choc mullers are amazing when you half freeze them. just keep stirring them every now and then and i would pour one over a meruinge which was like 2.5 syns or something. even add some light squirty cream if you wanted a extra treat - the squirty cream is so low in syns xxxx
