Right just before Christmas I lost almost a stone for my trip back to the UK. I have moved to New Zealand, home of the healthy, so its time to get back on it.
Im using the green and red day system, a friend told me the basics and I bought a slimming world pack off ebay.
Is there any value in learning the easy and extra easy plan? Or joining slimming world online?
Whatever is less complicated, as it took me a while to get used to the red and green days.
I am going back swimming, has anyone lost whilst not exercising? I work at a desk all day which doesn't help.
Also you cant get frylight over here, any suggestions of what to use?
