3rd day on plan think I'm doing great
Hi, I'm a 3rd day-er too! How are you finding it so far?

It's not the easiest diet to do, but it is true that once you are in ketosis it does get easier. I think it is a lot of cravings and psychological 'habits' of eating that are the biggest battle. Also explaining the 'extreme' diet to those who either don't understand or don't know enough about the diet!
The thing that I have been astonished with is that on this diet I do not feel hungry, yet when I am eating food I have a huge appetite (that's the reason I'm overweight!) yet, I don't ever think "I'm full now" when eating.
I hope that you are feeling well in yourself? If you haven't already, then you should get an energy burst soon. I cleaned my whole house top to bottom on day 3!
Are you enjoying the shakes/soups? I don't like any of the soups. I tend to stick to choc mint and can stomach the strawberry once in a while. Quite restricting for me but the loss of weight spurs me on. I haven't tried the mango yet, which I'm looking forward too, but at the same time I'm not getting my hopes up!
