thank you for replying, I don't know much about SW, all I have seen is on this blog, and so far it doesn't look bad . I have already lost 1 st 2 kg on shakes and now I have just added some food but no carbs. I am not eating any rice, pasta, bread ,cheese, yoghurt or sweets.
Life is dull and boring as I am food person . I want to loose 2 stones and if possible 3. My weight currently is 156lbs, and I am only 5ft 4 inches tall.
