Hi all, I’m new here and looking for support and motivation to get back on track and lose weight!! I need to get my head back in the game....I can be really good Monday - Friday and then I ruin all of my hard work over the weekend. If anyone could recommend my challenges to join that would be great as I think making myself accountable would help! Thanks all :)
 
Excellent! See you there, Becca. I weigh in on Mondays. If you haven't done so just copy and past and add yourself to the thread with target loss. Update weekly.
