Hi, 1st nite on here. I haven't got access to syns online. Can any1 please tell me the syns value for the following:
Asda chosen by you beef rogan josh, 400g tin: 428kcal, protein 30g, carbs 18.8g, fat 14.4g, sat fat4g, fibre 6.8g
Also quorn hotdogs. Sorry no nutritional info. Cheers.

10 on EE/Red for the Rogan Josh, 21 on Green
1 each for Hotdogs

Thanx Miss Nix. I think I'll stick to asda's tinned beef madras in future that's only 2.5 syns. Much lower than the beef rogan josh then.

Hi, can any1 tell me how many syns are in tesco lean stewed steak? 500kcal per tin, Fat 20g, Sat fat 6g, Fibre 0.0g? As it's higher in sat fat than things I usually go for I don't know if it will be free or low syn, thanks.
