HI! I have come over from the dark side (WW) to Slimming World as I really think it encourages a healthier and more sustainable approach.
However, I am having trouble getting my head around the plan - the Healthy Extras are confusing me totally, and I'm thoruoghly flummoxed as to whether my apple/banana/other fruit counts toward my free/superfree food 1/3.
I have been lurking on this site for a while and thought I'd take the plunge and actually register tonight. Hopefully I'll find the answers to my questions on here - or ask lots of silly questions!
So, can I come out and play? wave*
