good morning everyone,
I am a newbie on this forum, but a SW relic of 3 years I have lost so far in total 5 stone 10.5.
I have been at my target weight but decided after a few months to move that target, not sure if his is crazy or just shear determination.
I have been just won woman of the year in my group and now been invited to the regional final. I am not sure what happens on these days or what to expect, my lovely fab consultant has old me all she can, but I as wondering if anyone has been to one of these and could give me any advice etc what to expect.
I hope to contribute on the SW forum as I am a keen member of SW and love to help advise where I can. Next years target is to become a consultant!!
