Hi everyone

Just wanted to say hi, as I'm new to Slimming World! Was told about this site by a work colleague who said it helped her out loads so figured I'd have a little look! Glad I did!!

I joined Slimming World today (well...Body Optimise..aka Slimming World Online as I can't get to any meetings as I have a silly job which keeps me busy until late - boo!). Thought it was about time I got myself and gear and did something about my weight, and a few of my friends told me all about SW and how they've lost weight so...I'm giving it a go .

So here goes Day 1!
