Hi SW buddies,
starting SW again today, I live in Spain so cannot get to a class for weigh ins but hope having all your support will get me through. What is the best day to weigh myself?

Plan for today is: EE

Breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal bread (HEXB) with a sliced banana, utterley butterley margarine and a cup of green tea.
(not sure how many syns in the marg?)

Snacks: fresh fruit

Lunch: Jacket Potatoe with Baked beans and grated cheese (HEXA)

Dinner: poached salmon with roasted vegetables and salad with balsamic vinegar dressing

pudding: summer fruits with a 0% fat strawberry yoghurt.


Does this seem ok for EE?

You have no superfree at all in your lunch. You need 1/3 superfree at every meal, including your breakfast if you are on EE.

How much salmon are you having? This could be a green day if you count the salmon as a HEXB (57g fresh/71g canned in brine/85g smoked), then you would also have an extra HEXA which you could spend on milk or more cheese and you wouldnt have to stress so much about the 1/3 superfree.

Your margarine it depends what type and how much. If you tell us the brand/nutritional info we can tell you how many syns it is.

You also need to use at least 5 syns a day. The only syns you have listed are in the margarine.
